This is to inform the students and prospective students of Kwara state university, both old and new of the school fees schedule for 2020/2021 academic session.

Non-Indigene of Kwara State:

Other Fees / Tuition Fees

  1. All Departmental and Other Fees should be paid Online
  2. All fees for year 2-4 is inclusive of tuition and entrepreneurship fees.
  3. Also, N2,500 for Handbook – All students
  4. N5,000 for 100 – 300 Level – Biochemistry students
  5. Furthermore, N5,000 for all students of Toursim, Merchandising and Hospitality Management
  6. N20,000 for 400 Level Education Students (Teaching Practice Exercise)
  7. In addition, N18,000 for 300 Level Education students (Teaching Practice Exercise)
  8. All geology students must add additional N25,000 for field work
  9. College of Agriculture: Excursion N9,000 / College Professional Registration N1,000 / Farming Practice Training (FPT) N40,000
  10. College of Education: Teaching Practice N12,000
  11. Early Childhood: Departmental Level N2,500 / Excursion N1,500 / Association Fees: N5,000
  12. Business Education: Undergraduate N10,000 / Postgraduate N20,000
  13. E – learning Enhancement Fee starting 2014/2015 Session N5,000
  14. ENACTUS Entrepreneurship Awareness Creation Fees N5,000 for Freshers (100Level)

Acceptance Fee

The acceptance fee for KWASU which is a non-refundable payment to be made by freshers is N30,300.

NOTEThe school fees schedule for 2020/2021 academic session is not yet out but this data was drawn from 2019/2020 school fees schedule.

However, this site will be updated as soon as the school fees schedule for 2020/2021 academic session is released.


School fees and tuition fee for every academic session should be paid within the academic year. Else, students might not be allowed to sit for the next exam.

Also, late payment of fees could attract an extra charge which must be paid to be eligible to sit for the exams.

Payment Procedure 

  • Payments should be made via the University direct portal @ www.kwasu.edu.ng
  • Click on the type of payment you want to make and create an invoice for the payment. 
  • Finally, proceed to make payment and print out the payment slip. 
  • Later on, taker it to the bursary so it could be converted to the University receipt.
